Finished third in the shot put and seventh in the weight throw at the C-USA Indoor Championships... was seventh in the shot put at the Leonard Hilton Memorial and the Houston Indoor Invitational... added a second place finish in the shot put at the UH All-Comers Meet. Outdoor: Won the discus at the C-USA Championships, also finished eighth in the shot put and 10th in the hammer...Won the discus and was the runner-up in the shot put at the Tom Tellez Invitational...Finished second in the discus at the Texas Invitational setting a school record for the fifth best throw with a toss of 57.55m/188-10...Won the discus throw at the LSU Tiger Classic...Took third in the discus at the LSU Alumni Gold Invitational...Finished sixth in the discus at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a throw of 56.34m/184-10.

Outdoor: Competed unattached for the University of Houston...completed at the UTSA Whataburger Classic and won the discus with a throw of 188-10... also competed in the shot put with a throw of 54-01.75... finished ninth in the shot put at the Rice All-Comers Meet... won the discus at the Rice All-Comers Meet with a throw of 188-01.
