2001 Indoor: Posted a fourth-place finish in the pole vault at the Southwest Classic with a vault of 10-08.00…finished seventh at the Conference USA Championships with a mark of 10-11.75. Outdoor: Her season-best outdoor pole vault mark of 11-11.75 came in second-place finish at the C-USA Championships…registered a first-place finish in the pole vault at the Texas Southern Relays with a vault of 11-07.75…attended and placed 13th at the National Junior Championships.

A member of the Memorial High School track team…won the District 21-5A pole vault championship…was runner-up in the pole vault at the Texas state championships…ranked the number three pole vaulter in the state of Texas.
