2001 Indoor: Posted her season-best 60-meter hurdles time of 8.47 in the prelims at the Conference USA Championships…recorded a fourth-place finish in the 200 meters at Air Force with a time of 25.10. Outdoor: Placed second in the 100-meter hurdles at the C-USA Championships with a season-best time of 13.88…member of the Conference USA Champion 4x100-meter relay team.

Spent 2000 competing on the track team at Stephen F. Austin State University…won the indoor Southland Conference championship in the 60-meter hurdles.

The captain and the Most Valuable Player on the Elsik High School track team…placed third in the 100-meter hurdles at the Texas state championships…was named first team all-district in softball and was a regional qualifier and the MVP of the swimming team.
