Cross Country: Competed in six of seven cross country meets…top finish was 23rd at the C-USA Championships…led all Lady Cougars with a 26th-place finish at the NCAA South Central Championships. Indoor: Ran a season-best mile time of 5:25.22 on her way to a fifth-place finish at the Southwest Classic…finished 12th in the 3,000 meters at the C-USA Championships with a season-best time of 10:28.69…also placed 12th in the 5,000 meters at the C-USA Championships. Outdoor: Registered a season-best 1500-meter time of 4:40.43 in a third-place finish at the Tellez Invitational…recorded a 13th-place finish in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:12.94 at the Texas Relays.
2000 Indoor: Her season-best mile time of 5:26.53 came in a fourth-place finish at the Houston Indoor Invitational…her best 3000 meter race of 11:07.10 came in the prelims of the Houston Indoor Classic. Outdoor: Placed tenth at the Lewis-Tellez Dedication Meet in the 1500 meters with a performance of 4:51.34…took eleventh place in the 1500 at the Conference USA Championships with a time of 4:52.35.
