New Season Ticket Orders

All NEW season ticket orders will be filled after the renewal deadline. New orders will be processed in the order they were received. All seating requests are based on availability.
Renewals
Season ticket renewal forms will be mailed out to last year's season ticket holders in late August. Returning season ticket holders will have first priority to retain their seats as long as payment is received by the renewal deadline. Full payment must be received for all season tickets ordered. The person listed on the account must make payment and payment will not be accepted by any other persons.
Renewal Deadline
The 2007-08 men's basketball season ticket renewal deadline is: September 25, 2007. After this date past seat locations will not be guaranteed. All renewal applications not received by this date are considered late and are subject to relocation.
Seat Upgrades
Seat upgrades will be based on availability and only those fans whose seats can be moved will be contacted. All other requests will retain the same seats as the previous year as long as payment is received by the deadline. Please keep the following points in mind when requesting upgrades:
- Upgrades are based on current fans releasing their seats. Attrition is low as you get closer to the center or lower.
- Each year you must submit a request for seat upgrades. Requests are not carried over from year to year and are not based on the number of years requesting upgrades.
- Please make requests as specific as possible.
- If you are part of a group, please indicate if you are willing to separate from the group in order to improve your seats. If the entire group is wishing to change their seats, all members must submit the same request. The larger the group, the harder it is to relocate all seats.
Seat Additions
If you would like additional season tickets, you must include payment at the time of the request. Any additional seats will be filled with the best available based on order date and will most likely not be adjacent to your existing seats.
Lost/Destroyed Tickets
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Houston Athletic Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. A fee will be charged for every set of duplicate tickets issued. A $10 fee must be paid for all single game duplicate tickets and a $25 fee must be paid for all season duplicate tickets. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.
Children/Infant Admission Policy
Everyone ages three (3) years and older must have a ticket to enter Hofheinz Pavilion. Any child two (2) and under must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.
Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
UH Student Tickets
All UH Students are admitted FREE to regular season men's basketball home games. Each student must present a valid Cougar 1 ID card at the Cullen Street side of Hofheinz Pavilion for admission. Tickets are not needed; all student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability. Just show your Cougar 1 ID card for admittance.
